Sie wird f\u00fcr die Extraktion von Verbindungen und aktiven pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen (API) aus einem medizinischen Naturrohstoff verwendet. Das Unternehmen und die Anlage sind zugelassen und werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig von allen relevanten Parteien auditiert wie:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Europ\u00e4ische Arzneimittelbeh\u00f6rde (EMA)<\/li>\n<li>US-Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelbeh\u00f6rde (FDA)<\/li>\n<li>Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Arzneimittel und Gesundheitsprodukte (MHRA)<\/li>\n<li>Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese hochmoderne Pharma-CO2-Extraktionsanlage setzt neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in der cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) f\u00fcr diesen Hochdruckprozess. Mit neu konzipierten hygienischen Dichtungssystemen, totraumfreier Instrumentierung und einem automatischen CIP-System (clean in place) wird die Dauer des Reinigungsprozesses erheblich verk\u00fcrzt und eine Kontamination verhindert. <\/p>\n<p>Mit dieser Anlage beweist Natex seine Position als zuverl\u00e4ssiger Partner f\u00fcr die Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Installation von industriellen CO2-Extraktionsanlagen f\u00fcr pharmazeutische Anwendungen, die alle relevanten Anforderungen wie Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP 5), 21 CFR part 11 und mehr erf\u00fcllen. Au\u00dferdem handelt es sich um die gr\u00f6\u00dfte pharmazeutische CO2-Extraktionsanlage, die Natex je gebaut hat, und damit wahrscheinlich um die gr\u00f6\u00dfte pharmazeutische
